Living Well with Parkinson's

This free class helps participants understand the cause and symptoms of Parkinson's disease. It also goes over treatment options including medications, surgery, physical, occupational and speech therapies. Find class dates.

Parkinson's Support Group

This group is a great place to share questions, concerns or feelings. It is open to those with Parkinson's, their family members and others interested in the disease. The group provides an opportunity to gain knowledge about Parkinson's and become more aware of available resources.

Exercise Class for People with Parkinson's

This unique exercise program stresses components of strengthening, stretching and aerobics.  The therapists supervising the program emphasize:

  • The benefits of exercise
  • Taking advantage of your current abilities
  • Ways to bring your fitness to a higher level

Monday through Friday
11:30 am to 1 pm

Parkinson’s Center at Bethesda Hospital ("B" Level)
$4 per session (per person)
