Healing Art ProgramBethesda Hospital has a Healing Art Program that includes our Therapeutic Garden, Gallery Café and Artie the Art Cart. Patients can select a piece of art to be hung in their rooms through the Art Cart program. Hotel / lodging informationHealthEast Festival House, located in St. Paul, is an affordable and temporary residence for families of our patients. Each unit includes a private bath, television and a kitchenette. All units are non-smoking and can accommodate up to three adults. The rate is $35 a night for up to three people. Postage stamps may be purchased in the gift shop. Mail can be dropped at the mailbox located on C-level past the cafeteria, or at the front desk. Parking and securityParking is available in the Park Street Parking Ramp on 530 Park Street. The ramp is accessible by skyway to the hospital’s first floor and has several handicap spots located near the hospital entrance. Some one-time use complimentary parking passes are provided to each patient’s family. For additional parking discounts, please present your parking ticket to any nursing station. A 30-day parking pass may also be purchased from the Parking Attendant in the Park Street Parking Ramp booth. This pass allows for unlimited visits within a 30-day period. For additional information call 651-232-2051. The Parking Ramp is routinely patrolled by hospital Security, however we are not responsible for vehicle damage or theft that may occur in the ramp. The hospital’s doors are locked after 9 pm. Entry is only through the skyway. It is recommended that you call the behavioral units before coming to visit.
